Whilst there is an initial free for us to undertake a clearance, we attempt to make use of any sellable items, and would look to offer you money for these – the cost of which is then deducted from the charge to clear. Our quotations also will give you a link to our waste carriers license and give you a brief description of our waste management and recycling processes, as this is something we take very seriously.

It is not just the house we clear either – we can also take care of any loft space, garages, sheds, greenhouses and garden waste there may be. We’ll even run a vacuum round and have a sweep up once we’re complete!

This process doesn’t take as long as you’d think either. Generally we can arrange an in person viewing within a few days, and provide a quotation within 24 hours of seeing the property/photos. Once terms have been agreed, we can undertake a clearance within one-two weeks, and even larger jobs are normally completed within one day.
